Our mission is to provide a product that reduces sound based distractions, while trying to address the problem of distractions in classrooms of children with special needs and learning impediments.
Noise pollution is a social problem many people just live through. It is made up of all the distractions in our surroundings (school classrooms, dorms, offices, etc.) and is caused by sound originating nearby in your environment. Studies show that noise pollution causes elevated stress, high blood pressure, sleep disruption, and a loss in productivity. This is especially a problem in schools where noise pollution causes children to develop detrimental learning patterns and keeps them from achieving their full potential. Imagine how much greater this issue becomes for children with learning impediments as they do their best to focus and learn.
Our goal has been to construct a simple product designed to dampen sound waves and vibrations that would transfer into environments of laboring, learning, and living.
This product will address noise pollution as a simple wall decoration that is specifically engineered to dampen vibration and sound wave transmission from environment to environment. This is achieved through a combination of sound absorption and sound blocking materials that reflect, diffuse, and absorb sound waves.
We would like to take a percentage of the items sold per-quarter and provide our products to special needs classes across the U.S., free of charge.
